"My husband and I have been with Mark Peters for 15+ years and the service has been second to none. We just moved to Florida and we were moving our insurance to a local state farm and Josh Olsen called just to make sure that everything was ok. We still own a home in Aurora and Josh saw that we still had coverage and he wanted to make sure that was correct. The move had been harder then expected and Josh was a bright spot in my day which you don't always get from insurance companies. We were more than a number to Mark and Josh, and that speaks volumes towards the level of service they have provided over the years. I can't recommend them enough and I am hopeful that our new rep will be as good!

"This past summer and fall Mark and his staff provided exceptional service after I submitted a claim for hail damage to our roof. On several occasions I had trouble getting information from the SF claims site so I would call or email Mark. He would always find the information I needed, and get it to me. Kudos to Josh too. I'm sure that we were able to get a second claims inspection after our
initial claim was denied because Mark requested it. This is typical of the service we have received over 20+ years with Mark."
